Officials

Stewards, judges and officials are briefed in their duties and are provided with the relevant equipment to carry out their duties They are required to bring to the attention of the Health, Safety & Welfare Steward any concerns they may have for the Health, Safety & Welfare of competitors.

Spectators

All reasonable and practical steps are taken to ensure the Health, Safety & Welfare of those attending the Event. Spectators are encouraged to purchase a programme containing a map of the Event and suitable viewing locations

Contractors

All contractors working at the event are required to observe best working practices, comply with all legislation relevant to their business and take all reasonable & practical steps to safeguard their employess and those attending

Exhibitors

All exhibitors are responsible for the safety of their own stands and the risks that they may pose to other persons within the allocated space or immediate surrounding areas. This is subject to regular monitoring by the Health and Safety Steward and Organiser
