Joseph Stanley Bainbridge (1923 - 1986)

The J.S.Bainbridge memorial cup is presented to the winner of the open novice class.

Peter's grandfather Joseph, joined the RAF at the age of 16 and spent his time in construction building runways. After leaving the RAF he continued in farming.
He bought out the ownership of Holme Farm from his siblings in 1960 - It is this business that Peter junior runs today.
