CWT will be conducted in accordance with the British Eventing Rules of Official Horse Trials (2003)

All owners must be members of British Eventing or competing using a valid day ticket.

Dogs must be kept on lead.. Please clean up after your dog Owners of loose dogs will be fined £25.00 and the monies given to charity

ENTRIES

Please make cheques payable to Cumwhinton One Day Event. Separate cheques are required for each horse. Please enclose separate 22cm x 11cm (DL size) SELF SEAL SAE for each horse. Include stabling fees with entry fee. INTERNET entries will be accepted on www.bdwp.co.uk.
WITHDRAWALS by 20:00 Tue July 13 by telephoning 01949 845199.
REFUND POLICY: 100% refund will be given for withdrawals before ballot date. After ballot date, 50% refund will be given until late entry surcharge date. No refund given after late entry surcharge date, except to a withdrawn entry directly replaced from the wait list for the same class, to whom a full refund will be given, less £11.75 admin fee, on production of a doctor or vet's certificate.
STARTING TIMES are available between 18:00 and 20:00 Thu July 15 on 01228 561690. Starting Times also available on website www.bdwp.co.uk/jcaley. STABLING Local stabling is available at private yards £20.00 inc VAT. Stabling includes shavings/paper/easibed. Additional bedding will be available to buy if required. No late stabling will be arranged. If booked online an SAE must be sent to Jen Caley.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Cumwhinton's course runs across undulating permanent pasture crossing hedge lines and will be a good galloping course with excellent viewing. There is a very impressive purpose built 25m x 40m water complex with excellent footings. There are a number of feature fences including a mini 4x4 course, a sundial bank and a fun "windmill" ditch and rail combination. Designed to provide a good standard of mid season competition there will however be alternatives at some combinations. In the event of firm ground full ground preparation will be undertaken.
