Welcome to the Cumwhinton Horse Trials.
Cumwhinton Horse Trials is set in mainly open pastureland with some wooded areas and enjoys fine views east to the Pennines and southwest to the Lakeland Fells, a compact layout is always part of the plan.
The organising team has a wealth of experience, drawn from involvement with several other events, including the now defunct Armathwaite Hall fixture and endavours to create a welcoming and very enjoyable weekend not only for eventers but for families and casual vistors also.
The Cumwhinton cross country course is to become a year-round schooling venue, with longer term development plans including upgrading the level of competition and installing all weather take-offs and landings.
There is good range of trade stalls and catering options to suit evey pocket and taste.
